You’ll be the client’s main contact and the person accountable for the job’s budget and schedule.
What you’ll do - Manage contracts, change orders and monthly billing - Buy out trades and keep costs on budget - Run owner and design meetings and keep decisions documented - Work with the superintendent to plan the work ahead
What you bring - 5+ years managing commercial or retail construction projects - A degree or DEC in construction, engineering or similar - Comfortable with budgets, schedules and contracts (CCDC) - Bilingual, French and English
