You’ll lead one of our multi-residential or commercial sites from excavation to handover, working with the project manager and our trades.
What you’ll do - Run the site day to day and keep the schedule moving - Coordinate subcontractors, deliveries and inspections - Lead daily safety and hold everyone to our standard - Keep the daily log and photos up to date in our project system
What you bring - 7+ years on site, at least 3 as a superintendent or foreman - Experience on concrete or wood-frame residential buildings - ASP Construction card; RBQ knowledge an asset - French and English, spoken
